Join me for a 3-hour Brazilian Zouk Solo Bootcamp, where we explore zouk techniques in a fun, creative, and playful way – focusing entirely on you and your own movement.
This workshop is open to all genders and all levels and is designed to help you deepen your connection to Brazilian Zouk without a partner.
✨ What to expect:
• A proper warm-up and my personal routine to prepare your body
• Technical drills to improve control, flow, and body awareness
• Exercises to develop musicality and playfulness
• A short combo to connect technique with music
• Tips & tricks along the way to help you truly understand the movement
My goal is to help you ignite your own fire for Brazilian Zouk and fully embrace dancing for yourself.
