This workshop is all about what truly makes your dance feel smooth and connected:
clean, natural transitions between movements.

You’ll combine basic to intermediate sensual movements into a continuous flow and learn how figures don’t exist on their own — they are part of one fluid, ongoing motion.

As a leader, you’ll learn how to link different elements seamlessly, with clarity, musicality, and ease.
As a follower, you’ll develop a refined sensitivity for transitions and learn how to respond quickly and naturally to what is led.

At the end of the workshop, we’ll bring everything together in a short flow sequence, so you can consciously apply what you’ve learned.
